Bob Aloisio embarked on a career in real estate after spending over 26 years working as the Vice President of Sales & Marketing for a major direct marketing company where he learned, developed and honed many different sales & negotiating skills. He has brought these same skills to the real estate world.
He has a sincere professionalism, immense market knowledge, terrific communication skills, and a personalized approach that makes working with Bob easy and even fun. Whether his clients are buying or selling, his keen negotiating skills, experience, and expertise always help his clients get the best possible deal.
Bob is supportive of and an advocate for his clients and always keeps their best interests and needs first and foremost and his ultimate goal in any real estate transaction.
Bob grew up in the Niles and Glenview areas, and has lived in Park Ridge for 30 years. He offers clients exceptional familiarity with the markets of these suburbs, as well as Norridge, Des Plaines, Mt. Prospect, Northbrook, Wilmette, Deerfield and the city neighborhoods of Edgebrook, Sauganash, Edison Park, and Norwood Park.
Outside of his work as a Realtor, Bob enjoys staying active. A three-time Chicago Marathon veteran, he still makes a point to stay on the move. He is an avid paddle ball & tennis player, golfer and “walker.” He is a devoted fan of Chicago’s sports teams — specifically the White Sox, Blackhawks, and Bears. Bob treasures the time he gets to spend with his family – his wife Mary, his three children, and five grandchildren.
